Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.**  
**All returns must be sent to the designated CJ Dropshipping warehouse.**

⚠️ *Do not return any items without receiving return approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.*

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

### Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

### Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on **sale items** or **gift cards**.

### Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

### EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.  
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

### Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**.  
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
